Service Management Courses

IT Service Management as a discipline for managing services is centred on the customer’s perspective of IT’s contribution (i.e. value) to the business. This is deliberately in contrast to technology-centred approaches to IT Management. ITSM focuses on the operational concerns of IT rather than development or specifically technical aspects, although these are complementary concerns.
